Return&Exchange Policy
You can cancel your orders within 48 hours of placing it. Please note, if the order has already entered the dispatch process, you can't cancel nor change it. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing the refund to your original payment method.
Returns Conditions
For your return to be accepted, all items must be:
- The item has not been worn, altered or damaged;
- The item is in its original condition with tags attached, with all accessories and packaging included in the parcel;
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Please note:
- Any items received by GirlsOnTop Collective E-Boutique that do not comply with our return conditions will be returned to sender.
- Any items received by GirlsOnTop Collective brick and mortar boutiques that do not comply with our return conditions will be rejected to exchange, refund to store credit or refund to the original payment method.
- We are unable to accept returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Online Purchases
Full priced items purchased via GirlsOnTop Collective E-boutique can be returned to any GirlsOnTop Collective brick and mortar boutique or E-boutique.
If you would prefer to return to any GirlsOnTop Collective brick and mortar boutique, you are welcome to exchange your items, refund to store credit or refund to your original payment method within 14 days of the origianl purchase date in accordance with our return conditions. We kindly ask you to bring your proof of purchase. Any return received after this timeframe will be rejected.
If you would prefer to return to GirlsOnTop Collective E-boutique, you are able to submit a retrun request via GirlsOnTop Collective online store within 14 days of the origianl purchase date. You are eligible to refund to store credit or refund to your orginal payment method, unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges via E-boutique at the moment as multiple shipping cost may accur. Any return request received after this timeframe will be rejected. Your return package must be sent out within 7 days of the date you submitted your return request. Any return shipped after this timeframe will be returned to sender.
Please note:
- a shipping fee of AU $9.99 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount if the total amount of the remaining items in your order is less than $80.
- a shipping fee of AU $0 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount if the total amount of the remaining items in your order is more than $80

- Accessories including hair accessories, necklaces, earrings and rings are not able to be returned or exchanged for hygiene reason unless deemed faulty.
In-store Purchases
Full priced items purchased via GirlsOnTop Collective brick and mortar boutique can be returned to any GirlsOnTop Collective brick and mortar boutique within 14 days of the original purchase date for an exchange or refund to store credit in accordance with our return conditions. Any items received after this timeframe will be rejected.
Please note:
- In-store purchases are not eligible for refund to the original payment method if customers simply change their mind unless deemed faulty.

Return Shipping
We recommend customer sending return via trackable post as return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. GirlsOnTop Collective cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of return parcel.
We also kindly ask you include paperwork inside the parcel containing your name, address, order number and return number to prevent delays in the processing your return.

If you received an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@girlsontopcollective.com.au. Please provide 3 - 4 images of the fault along with your order number so we could assist you further. We will discuss your options for repair, replacement, exchange, refund to store credit or refund to your original method in accordance to our Terms and Conditions.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed from the date the return parcel is received.
You will received an email notification once your return is received and inspected,. If your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please note that refunds can take 5 - 10 business days to appear in your account due to the processing times of your financial institutions.
Where the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a store credit.
Shipping fees and any duties and taxes from the original order are non refundable.
